The Role

Tabcorp Technology's, IT Service Delivery team is looking for a proactive, motivated and experienced Application Support Analyst to join its team. Reporting through to the Digital Support Manager, this role is responsible for proactively supporting Tabcorp's applications to ensure high levels of reliability and availability in operational applications to leave our key stakeholders with a smile!

The Responsibilities

  • Ensuring continued operations of the digital/wagering platforms through the provision of Level 2 support.
  • Work with project and development teams to implement changes/fixes into production
  • Manage and resolve incidents at a functional or configurational level
  • Proactively keeping management/stakeholders informed of incident progression
  • Analyse problems and trends to decrease incident rates.
  • Tap into your creative side with process improvement and incident reduction plans.
  • Ability to work both autonomously and within a team environment
The Person

The ideal person will have experience with web technology and key IT processes (ITIL), including software development lifecycle, problem, change and configuration management practices. Candidates with strong knowledge of Windows Servers, Networking, SQL, Oracle, Unix Systems and Cloud Services (AWS) will be highly regarded. All of this complimented with a positive can-do attitude and a vibrant presence!

Working on a rotating on site roster from Monday-Saturday, you will also be required to be on a 24/7 on-call roster providing support outside core business hours, to which you will be financially rewarded for and earn Days in Lieu.

The Client

Global Freight Forwarder on the rise have moved into their new offices and are ready for a new member to join their ever growing team. New clients on board have made need for another motivated Customer Service/Account Manager to work their magic and keep their clients happy with round the clock information on their goods.

You will be looking after your own list of clients, covering all import (limited exports) shipments for all sea (some air) cargo, from LCL, FCL, FCX to FAK boxes. Weekly reporting for selected clients, with monthly reporting on others, you will be in charge of each of these accounts from start to finish. Liaising with a team of operators to give the best quality work your clients could ever hope for.

The Role
  • Organising all import air and sea freight shipments for a list of up to 30+ clients
  • Liaising with airlines, shipping lines and co-loaders
  • Daily contact with overseas and local agents, offices, and clients
  • Weekly and monthly PO reports
  • Monthly client meetings
You
  • 2-3 years+ experience within freight forwarding industry
  • Exposure to the customer service/account management team preferred

RURAL CRITICAL CARE STREAM:

If you wish to reside in the country and would like to specialise in critical care nursing, then the Rural Critical Care stream of the Graduate Certificate in Nursing Practice is for you! Rural Critical Care provides Registered Nurses with aunique combination of theory and clinical practice. Students study while earning a salary. Successful applicants willrotate equally between the Critical Care Unit and the Emergency Department at Northeast Health Wangaratta (NHW), as well as attend University of Melbourne (UOM) education sessions at the Rural Heath Academic Centre in Shepparton or Wangaratta one day per fortnight.
Northeast Health Wangaratta is a busy 228 bed integrated health service in North East Victoria. Wangaratta is a region offering great natural beauty and exceptional recreational opportunities. This is the Land of Legends, Wine and High Country, with convenient access to snow skiing, water sports, bushwalking, wine tasting and touring areas. All facilities are available locally and Melbourne is just over 2 hours away on an excellent freeway.
