Reporting to the Executive Manager Retail Workforce Management, the purpose of this role is to drive improvement in the productivity and efficiency across the Retail Sales network..
This role is required to:
- Create and manage the systems and activities required to ensure the efficient deployment of a productive workforce that meets customer needs.
- Utilise knowledge of Workforce Management systems and principles to analyse trends & information to identify opportunities to optimise the utilisation of staff across Retail Sales .
- Quantify efficiency and process improvements by utilising Workforce Management technology (ideally via assisting with the building selective configuration triggers in our Desktop Process Analytics technology).
- Effectively communicate with all levels of management to drive productivity initiatives across the Retail Sales network therefore ensuring initiatives are embedded into daily business routines and business performance.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication and analytical skills, with the ability to deliver complex reporting and system administration. With a focus on Sales & Service and a passion for driving improvement through the business, they will play an integral role in realising the vision of the organisation.
Ideally they will have knowledge of and experience in the Retail Sales network , as well as exposure to frontline and support functions. Highly developed reporting, analytical and data presentation skills are also required. These capabilities along with an unwavering commitment to efficiency and quality will be the key to success in this role.
