Our company is a well established specialist in the Healthcare and Rehabilitation Equipment market located in Melbourne's east.

We are looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Admin/Accounts Assistant to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity to for an all-rounder to utilise their initiative and skills to join our fast paced team

Reporting to the Accounts/Admin Manager, your daily duties will include (but are not limited to):

  • Answer incoming calls
  • Customer Service
  • Assisting with Accounts
  • Accounts Receivable
  • Debt Recovery
  • Banking and general office errands
  • Data entry
  • General administration duties

To be the successful applicant you will require the following skills:

  • Previous, proven administration experience
  • Solid computer and data entry skills
  • Self-motivated and willing to learn
  • Effective time management
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Excellent work ethic
  • Happy to be a real team player and help out in all areas of the office
  • A positive, professional and approachable attitude

The following attributes would also be desirable:

  • Previous experience Debt Recovery
  • Experience using MYOB account software

To be successful in this role you must have the ability to juggle multiple tasks in a professional manner and show a willingness to learn new skills and acquire new knowledge..

This is a full time position Monday-Friday 9am to 5pm
