We are looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Admin/Accounts Assistant to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity to for an all-rounder to utilise their initiative and skills to join our fast paced team
Reporting to the Accounts/Admin Manager, your daily duties will include (but are not limited to):
- Answer incoming calls
- Customer Service
- Assisting with Accounts
- Accounts Receivable
- Debt Recovery
- Banking and general office errands
- Data entry
- General administration duties
To be the successful applicant you will require the following skills:
- Previous, proven administration experience
- Solid computer and data entry skills
- Self-motivated and willing to learn
- Effective time management
- Exceptional communication skills
- Excellent work ethic
- Happy to be a real team player and help out in all areas of the office
- A positive, professional and approachable attitude
The following attributes would also be desirable:
- Previous experience Debt Recovery
- Experience using MYOB account software
To be successful in this role you must have the ability to juggle multiple tasks in a professional manner and show a willingness to learn new skills and acquire new knowledge..
This is a full time position Monday-Friday 9am to 5pm
