Our mid tier client has been experiencing ongoing growth in its Commercial Insurance Litigation practice and as such has the need for an insurance lawyer with between 2-4yrs PQE to join its team and report to two highly regarded Partners. Working closely with the Partners, you will be responsible for advising across a range insurance litigation matters including professional indemnity, D&O, public liability, product liability, occupiers' liability, motor vehicle, builders warranty, corporate insurance advice, indemnity disputes and recoveries for an established set of blue chip insurance clients, underwriting agencies and self-insured corporations.
