About the role
The Junior Product Manager is a multi-faceted role, working with all parts of the business to help bring our products to market and provide great customer service to both internal and external customers.
Acting as a liaison between Product Development, Sales, Marketing, Customer Management and Finance, the Junior Product Manager acts as a champion for driving winning product features, customer service and problem solving, improving customer and internal communication, incident management and consolidating market/ customer requirements.
Some responsibilities include;
- Assisting in the build and launch of new products and features, ensuring that they are "market ready" at time of launch, including having complete documentation, product collateral and ongoing operational and support processes in place
- Helping develop and implement the Go To Market plan for the product(s), working with and providing training to the Customer Management, Sales, Marketing, Legal and Finance teams
- Helping develop and implement internal product support processes including SLAs
- Improving our knowledge management base, researching and implementing preventative actions to common problems and questions
- Maintaining each product throughout its development-to-retire life cycle
To be successful in this role you will have had experience in a BA or Junior Product Manager role previously. Ideally, you'll have project management skills including Agile experience, coupled with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You'll have knowledge of the Product development lifecycle, including Go To Market competencies.
