eReports is a provider of medical assessment and expert advisory services to a broad range of clients such as insurers, self- insured businesses, government departments, legal firms and the private sector nationally.

Our Admin/ Reception team provide exceptional customer service to clients and eReports medical consultants and are at the frontline of a very successful and rapidly expanding organisation.

The role is suitable for those with a passion to deliver exceptional customer service and superb attention to detail. Responsibilities may vary but overall the position is within the team that is responsible for all daily operational functions.

This is a full time position and is not suitable for those looking for casual or part time hours.

You would be considered for this role if you possess the following skills:

  • Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Proven computer skills - Microsoft Office and the ability to learn custom built platforms
  • Can work well in a deadline driven environment
  • Professional corporate presentation (essential)
  • Dedication to excellent customer service

  • Excellent time management skills
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Self motivated, and show initiative in your work
  • Flexible, organised with great attention to detail

Your role includes, but is not limited to:

  • Preparation of files to ensure that specialist assessments are delivered seamlessly to clients
  • Administratively supporting a team of highly regarded consultant specialists
  • Reception as required
  • Data entry
  • Filing and scanning of documents
  • Maintain corporate presentation of reception
  • Maintain office supplies and presentation of the kitchen, consulting suites and meeting rooms
  • Preparation of documents including the collation and despatch of files
  • Undertake responsive tasks as directed including project administration

Fully supported, our team enjoys regular ongoing training and collaborative development sessions in a group setting.

A mature, consistent/reliable, highly professional manner with a corporate, professional presentation is required.

This is a highly paced position, the ability to communicate effectively and assist a team of highly regarded Medical Specialists is essential.

Critical to our operations team and medical consultants, the role requires reliability, commitment and dedication.
