Role:
Are you ready for your next supply chain and operational challenge and have at least 5 years supervisory experience including at least 2 years in a cold chain environment?
A fantastic opportunity exists for a Warehouse Supervisor to apply their strong leadership and logistical skills.
Reporting to The Victorian State Manager , the role will involve taking a hands-on leadership approach to oversee the start-up of this warehouse, including:
- Ensure a safe work environment
- Adherence to legislative requirements, including OHS and CoR
- Manage inbound / outbound volumes
- Attention to detail / ability to handle pressure
- Ability to supervise, lead and develop a small team
- Deliver high levels of customer satisfaction with a positive 'can do' attitude
- Proficiency in the use of ERP systems (Paperless Warehouse Management System)
- Proficient in the Microsoft suite of products
- Completion of daily / weekly / monthly reports
- Current forklift and drivers licence required
