Total remuneration valued to $77,813 - $84,321 pa, including salary component $65,753 - $71,252 pa (Higher Education Worker Level 5), employer contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading.

- provide quality support to staff seeking assistance with software and hardware problems
- work in a high volume environment
- provide expert technical advice to staff and students with varying levels of technological experience
- work within a team to ensure agreed priorities are met.
- a highly client focused background with effective communication skills
- detailed knowledge of current MS Windows operating systems, MS Office suites and general PC technologies
- sound knowledge of I.T.I.L methodologies
- evidence of ability to show commitment with integrity to the Catholic Identity, Mission and ethos of the University
- a willingness to share knowledge.
