The role you will play:

Assist the business to use technology solutions with competence and confidence by enabling relevant and timely training and reliable access to easy-to-use and up-to-date support materials on the Village Oracle.

Directly reporting to the Manager, Planning and Optimisation you will be responsible for:
  • Developing training & reference materials to equip business users with the skills to use our technology
  • Conducting quality reviews of application training materials to ensure technical and operational alignment to VRL solutions
  • Publish training materials and conduct reviews
  • Working with Divisions and Project Delivery to develop new content as required
  • Assisting business representatives to maintain their own learning solutions on the Village Oracle
  • Maintain external provider relationships

Above all we seek someone who is proactive, can be one step ahead of the game and also take the initiative with promptly addressing any problems or discrepancies. You will be a collaborative relationships builder who can apply a high level of initiative and self-motivation with an energetic and flexible approach.

Experience:
  • Demonstrable experience delivering technical training for business users utilising a variety of tools & techniques
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong time management skills, and very results driven
  • Able to work across business functions and hierarchies
  • Experienced in instructional design, facilitation and training coordination skills

In addition, knowledge of SharePoint and learning tools such as Camtasia in addition to the practical application of Change Management would be advantageous.
