Day to day responsibilities are as follows but not limited to:
- Achieving sales and referral targets set for the Store using the agreed sales processes
- Demonstrating compliance, product knowledge and sales & service processes
- Educate, coach and lead Customer Sales & Service consultants
- Execute local sales and business development initiatives
- Managing your team regarding day-to-day activities, performance management, development, recruitment, relocation, transfer and termination
- Develop and maintain relationships with the existing customer base, front line staff, other specialists and business units to maximise General Insurance, Consumer Lending and Funding sales
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Solid experience within retail store management- Retail Banking/Financial Services experience desirable but not mandatory
- Exceptional experience in delivering world class customer service
- Proven record of generating sales referrals and meeting sales targets
- Demonstrated experience leading a team and developing strong business relationships with internal stakeholders
- Excellent presentation, negotiating, verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
