Our Retail Finance & Insurance department located in St Leonards is currently seeking to appoint a Dealer Training Manager on a permanent fulltime basis.
Reporting to the Sales Manager – Retail Finance and Insurance your responsibilities will include:
- Providing support, training, development and performance monitoring to strengthen dealership opportunities and relationships.
- Supporting incremental portfolio growth by working closely with your colleagues in Dealer Account Management, to identifying and acting on dealership training requirements.
- Meeting the Regional Key Performance Indicators attached to this position.
To ensure your success in this role, essentially you will have:
- Solid exposure in the automotive industry or Dealership experience.
- Finance & Insurance experience
- Proven track record in sales and account management.
- Demonstrated strong training and facilitation skills.
- First class presentation skills.
- Current Drivers Licence. Extensive intrastate and some interstate travel required.
- Retail experience as a high performing business manager is a distinct advantage.
Certificate IV in Workplace Training & Education is preferred however candidates would still be considered with sufficient training experience.
