With the Assistant Store Manager reporting to the Store Manager this exciting role is responsible for assisting in all aspects of running the store.
  • Maintaining customer care standards
  • Achieving sales, wages and shrinkage budgets
  • Human resource development issues and staff supervision
  • Assisting in the management of the store stocktake process
  • Assisting in preparation of monthly rosters costed to achieve the store budgets
  • Stock management - including unpacking, processing and movement of stock, ensuring refills are actioned promptly and accurately
  • Supporting the Store Manager to ensure store and company objectives are achieved, in line with financial and operational targets
