How you can impact:
As our Supply Coordinator you will be responsible for the management of the sales order bank of Asia Pacific and supply of materials to Macau to support production planning. You must also ensure parts and assemblies’ material and information is available to the Asian Pacific Operational team to meet and/or exceed Sales orders, on time, in full and on quality.
Some of your duties will include:
- Order Management & Order Servicing, Planning, directing, monitoring, and controlling of the processes related to customer orders, and production orders (PIDs).
- Downloading orders, analysing/reviewing orders, scheduling orders and promising orders to customers. (Liaising with customer “First Point Of Contact” re inquiries, priorities, production capabilities, order status etc.).
- Oversee the execution and adherence to order promise dates.
- Timely and accurate input & management of Asia sales order/s. (ROTW where required).
- Enhancement in efficiency and effectiveness of the Asian order entry administration functions to improve internal and external customer service.
- Responsible for the maintenance and adherence to policies, procedures and practices of the Macau DRP and supply data.
- Ensure all operational and business risks are flagged and managed with the Supply Manager.
- Maximizing customer service, limiting inventory investment and maintaining high operation efficiencies
- Ensures the team abides by OHS regulations for the site they are working from.
- Demonstrates OHS practices including OHS reporting.
- Proactively approach OHS with positive lead indicators.
- Participates & engages in all elements of the Aristocrat Due Diligence framework
- Zero Compliance breaches.
The person:
We are looking to speak to an organised and efficient Supply Coordinator who is detail orientated. You will join a supportive team in a function that is well regarded in the business.
In addition:
Tertiary qualification in operations management or business management
- Minimum of 2 years + experience in a similar role
- Ideally APICs qualified
- Good knowledge of macro supply chain activities
