We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Customer Service and Administration Manager.
You may currently be employed at a Health Fund or in a dynamic customer service environment and looking for a career change

The successful applicant will be responsible for;
Maintaining a high standard of customer service to both external and internal customers
The management of the Main Reception, Admissions, Emergency Department Administration and Maternity bookings, comprising approximately 15 staff
Norwest Private Hospital is located in Bella Vista and provides excellence in medical services and patient care to Western Sydney. Our hospital offers state-of-the art facilities with a broad range of acute services are offered.
Essential Criteria:
- Appropriate staff Management experience
- IT competency
- Time management skills
- Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills
- Problem solving and analysing skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and allocate resources appropriately
Desirable Criteria
- Previous experience in hospital administration
- Certificate in Medical terminology
