The Executive Producer, Online Sales & Service has management accountability for a team of Senior Producers, Producers and Content Producers and is responsible for the mentoring, direction and coaching of all direct reports. The position is responsible for managing and maintaining the production schedule and allocation of resources across numerous initiatives to ensure on time/budget and quality delivery and will include:

• Driving quality changes throughout the production, application development and internal maintenance processes
• Being the escalation point for communication between all stakeholders across all online production project phases, working closely with both internal and external design, development and testing groups to ensure the portal experience conforms to Optus standards, product specifications and requirement
• Working closely in developing new and refined Agile processes that deliver higher quality products and projects

An experienced online production manager your knowledge of online technology is detailed. Your strong people management skills and project management skills will champion agile delivery methodology across the team. With ambitious online growth targets we're up for a challenge. Are you?
