In this role you will be responsible for the delivery of personal customer work, and for ensuring the effective and efficient delivery of technical services through the management and leadership of team members performance and professional development.
To be successful in this role you will possess:
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills - including the ability to coach others
- 4-5 years of solid hands-on technical leadership within the IT industry
- Experience in sourcing IT components, stock ordering, and stock take processes
- Strong personal organization and time management skills
- A high level of empathy, professionalism and sound business understanding
- Ability to plan workflows and resourcing and meet set targets.
