An extremely rare opportunity has opened up in our Abbotsford Brewery for a new Warehouse Distribution Co-ordinator. This rotating shift position is responsible for ensuring the day-to-day operation of Abbotsford Distribution meets all of its requirements to the business, its customers and stakeholders, and of course our employees.
We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Distribution Coordinator with a strong emphasis and demonstrated experience in Continuous Improvement and problem solving. You should have a thorough working knowledge and understanding of warehousing systems and contingency arrangements to ensure optimum operational activity at all times. This role is an exceptional opportunity for a proven shift supervisor with a pro-active attitude to change management and on-going problem solving.
Within this role you will be accountable for:
- Continuous improvement quality management - ensuring an integrated approach to work (people, process, technology) in line with business goals
- Performance management of staff while on shift
- Ensuring OH&S Safety and Quality Policy and Standards are met within Distribution
- Providing a cost effective and labour efficient distribution operation
- Ensuring Distribution cost and performance targets are met
- Administering and coordinating stock reconciliation
