We are currently seeking to appoint a dynamic and self motivated Customer Adviser to provide exceptional service to our customers. Interacting with a diverse range of internal and external people will be part of this varied position. Efficiency is important, but the most rewarding part of the role will suit someone who understands the simple joy of listening and understanding our customers.
To be an outstanding Customer Adviser, you will be focussed and self driven to help our customers with their day to day banking needs. In this role, you will engage with customers and identify their banking needs with the potential of referring to a specialist area.Your ability to listen and conduct quality conversations with our customers will also be key to your success.
