Due to a recent internal promotion we are currently recruiting a Credit Control Officer to join our very successful national credit team located in the heart of Melbourne.
The main purpose of this role is to ensure that all accounts are paid within credit terms and any unmatched cash is allocated appropriately.
Key responsibilities:
- Collection of debts within Zurich's credit policy
- Reconciliation of all accounts for the designated panel of Brokers
- Comply with all regulatory, industry and organisational standards
- Attend to miscellaneous tasks associated with Credit Control and Accounts
We are looking for someone who has a high attention to detail, is proactive with a confident phone manner and has credit control experience ideally in an insurance environment. You will have a positive and enthusiastic approach to your work and enjoy a team environment.
