Our client is a rapidly growing business who are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to develop their marketing capability across the organisation with a focus on e-commerce, digital strategy, customer experience, customer engagement, customer loyalty and retention.
The role is very diverse and autonomous role, this is a great opportunity to make your mark on the company.
Role:
- Reporting to the Head of IT and CFO you will be required to you will be required to:
- Work with the business and other marketing teams to develop a brand vision
- Uplift the E-commerce and digital marketing capability across the organisation ($2m budget)
- Define digital brand strategy and roadmap
- Develop and manage all aspects of marketing and digital media including Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, etc
- Analyse the EDM and digital agency suppliers and develop a strategy
- Work with the Development Team and Digital Agency to adopt a consistent approach to market
- Build a small team and indirectly manage up to 20 marketing stakeholders across the business
Profile:
- You will have 3+ years in digital marketing experience, 1 year+ as a Digital Marketing Manager
- Ideally have worked on customer focused projects with 100,000's of customers and ideally 1 million+ customers
- Experience managing online stores would be ideal
- You may have worked in banking, insurance, retail or a large membership based organisations such as universities, hospitals
- Loyalty card experience would be desirable
- You will have a passion for UX related projects and initiatives and ideally have experience developing mobile and social media marketing campaigns
- Large CRM project experience would be desirable
