An opportunity has arisen for an experienced banking & finance solicitor to join the firm's thriving business services group.
The Role
This role will see the successful candidate working alongside a newly appointed banking and finance Partner on a healthy diet of:
- documenting and settling commercial loans for banks and other financial institutions
- advising borrowers in relation to commercial facilities and
- providing advice on the Consumer Credit Code and Personal Property Securities
- Your clients will include banks, financial institutions, multinational corporations, listed & unlisted companies, as well as small and medium enterprises.
Criteria
Ideally you will have:
- At least five (5) years PAE in banking & finance
- Outstanding communication skills
- Strong client management expertise
