Other Conditions: Whilst this selection process will initially be used to fill the above vacancy, it may also be used to fill other "identical" vacancies throughout the health service. Both of these options remain valid for a period of six (6) months from the start date of the first applicant appointed.
Position Profile: We are seeking to appoint a dynamic, experienced and enthusiastic person to the position of Executive Director Clinical Planning and Reform. In this role you will lead the clinical planning and clinical reform for the Child and Adolescent Health Service and the implementation of the Paediatric Clinical Plan for Western Australia.
The successful candidate will have the capacity to establish networks and communicate effectively with a diverse range of people. You will have the ability to work constructively and collegially as a member of a management team. The ability to provide objective and impartial advice, is also essential. Strong negotiating and influencing skills are required as is the capacity to promote a work environment that empowers, motivates and develops the diverse talents of people and ensures an optimum level of appropriately skilled employees.
