Job Description
About the Business Operations Business Unit
The Business Operations Business Unit is responsible for managing and developing our lottery operations. This diverse team of over 60 people is responsible for game management and product marketing, services and support to our retail network and players, and gaming system management.
This role contributes to the development of a positive and effective partnership between Lotterywest and the Western Australian community specifically by providing quality customer services as a member of our Customer Service Centre team.
Selection Criteria
The key responsibilities of the role are:
- Providing an effective information and support service to customers in relation to our lottery products and services;
- Providing an effective support service to Lotterywest’s retail network;
- Participating in the operation of Lotterywest’s retail outlet including lottery product sales, prize payments and face to face services to players;
- Providing an effective reception service to our corporate office and an effective information and support service to internal customers in relation to our lottery operations;
- Participating in projects and initiatives relating to the development and improvement of Customer Service Centre operations;
- Providing information and reports to stakeholders on a wide range of Customer Service Centre activities.
