We have two permanent opportunities to manage Chermside Library and Brisbane Square Library respectively.
A public library is the hub of the community and serves an important role in bringing the community together for learning, culture and recreation. Chermside Library and Brisbane Square Library are the busiest branches in Brisbane's Library Services. These libraries attract large and diverse communities to enjoy our services and space.
Your outstanding people management experience will enable you to develop a large and high performing team. Your change management experience will be well placed as you lead by example. Strategically, you will take your team on a journey towards achieving Brisbane City Council's Living in Brisbane 2026 vision.
Each position will separately manage the Chermside Library or Brisbane Square Library and its community relationships. You will do this in close conjunction with our management team and your peers.
