This head office based position will see you join an established finance function and provide a high level of financial support on a national scale. As a confident and articulate professional, you will possess a strong sense of urgency, a high attention to detail and solid communication skills, coupled with, the ability to partner and work closely with others to achieve strategic business objectives.
Key responsibilities will include, however, are not limited to;
- Accounts payable and receivable
- Journal and accrual entries
- General accounts duties
- Preparation of financial reports
- Bank Reconciliations
- Perform month end to end of year closing responsibilities
- Preparation of Bass, Payroll tax, Super payments, Work cover payments
The ideal candidate is proactive and engaging with the ability to perform both as an individual and also as member of a close knit team. Proven experience within an end to end accounting support function, coupled with, previous exposure to a manufacturing or engineering related environment will be held in high regard.
