Your role

As a Customer Service Representative within our Life Insurance business, you will provide outstanding service to our customers as they look to protect their family and lifestyle against unexpected events.

You will receive inbound calls from both internal and external customers and advisers, and help them resolve their queries.

You will provide customers with accurate information, and reliably maintain and update their policies. Above all, you'll be the friendly voice on the phone, and ensure a seamless customer experience.

Shift details and requirements
  • You will be available to work a 5 day rotating roster Monday to Friday between 8am and 8pm and be available for occasional weekend work when rostered.

What will you bring to the role?

You are highly motivated, have a positive attitude, and are passionate about customer service. You have demonstrated experience working in a contact centre, and enjoy working in a fast paced, results driven environment. You may have also worked in a life insurance / financial services environment previously.

One of your strengths is your ability to build rapport and empathise with customers, and you have great communication skills. You are able to listen actively and ask the right questions as you support our customers.

Your attention to detail and ability to multi-task will also help you succeed, and if you have your RG146 qualification, that would be highly regarded.
