Cook Medical, a global leader in interventional medicine, is at the forefront of medical research and product development in minimally invasive health care devices. In an effort to support our growth, we seek the services of a professional medical sales person with the passion to succeed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Continue to grow sales in existing accounts while expanding the territory.
- Maintaining relationships with key customers and initiating new customer relationships, from Surgical Consultants through to the theatre team and other support staff.
- Manage the territories of Western Australia and South Australia as your own mini-business.
- Become a trusted advisor to your customers with the active help of our APAC Product Manager.
- Investigate new business opportunities for Cook Surgery products
- Some interstate travel to South Australia required. Potential for international travel.
Key Requirements:
- Relevant hospital based selling experience in implantable products, especially within the OT environment, is highly desirable.
- Ability to absorb, comprehend, and present technical information.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and excellent communication skills.
- Proficient problem solving, planning/prioritisation skills essential.
- Ability to attend and provide product support within an operating room at procedures as required.
