The role’s primary objective is to provide high level, efficient administrative support and contribute towards the effective operation of the business unit.

Selection Criteria
- Demonstrated experience in an administration support role.
- Experience in using Microsoft software packages including Word, Excel and PowerPoint and in preparing correspondence and reports as required.
- Demonstrated ability to manage the recording and tracking of inbound and outbound correspondence and working with records and other information management systems.
- Ability to undertake procurement activities including ordering goods and services, preparing invoices and payment of accounts.
- Good oral and written communication skills and the ability to deal tactfully and effectively with people at all levels.
- Capacity to operate both independently, using initiative and self direction, and as a team member to produce consistently high quality work.
- Good problem solving skills.
- Ability to use initiative and maintain a high degree of confidentially, discretion, and judgement while maintaining a strong customer service approach.
- Good planning and organisational skills, with the ability to be flexible, meet deadlines within short time frames and to manage changing priorities.
