We currently have a great opportunity with a growing business based in the inner eastern suburbs. If you are looking for a career in IT this is a fantastic entry level role with an iconic Australian organisation.
Key responsibilities include:
- Maintaining database coding
- Ensuring coding details are entered and maintained in the central database system
- Removing, updating and allocating product and supplier codes
- Promotional coding updates
- Intranet development and support
- Managing regular meetings with intranet development including setting of project plans and completion dates as appropriate
- Communicating planned developments to all staff and users where appropriate
- Providing second level phone support
- Maintaining database procedure manual is up to date and relevant at all times
The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate:
- A keen eye for detail
- Proficiency with systems and a pro-active approach
- An IT background or current study towards an IT qualification
- Intermediate – advanced excel skills
- Experience in a similar role
- A service focus and love for helping others
