McColl’s Transport is one of Australia’s leading Tanker Transport companies, operating throughout eastern Australia, specialising in the transportation of Bulk Food, Farm Milk and Bulk Chemicals, employing over 450 people nationally.
Due to growth within the company and increasing work volumes across the country, our Pakenham Depot currently has a vacancy for a full time Driver Trainer.
This role will primarily be responsible for:
- Conducting pre-employment in-cab assessments and online induction of potential new drivers.
- Training staff in customer and company procedures.
- Annual in-cabins for drivers.
- Use of the driver simulator.
- Be able to train external drivers as required.
- Complete all necessary paperwork and documentation for each training session.
To be successful in this dynamic role, you should have:
- A training accreditation – Certificate or Diploma.
- The ability to be able to travel.
- A can-do attitude towards driver safety and risk reduction approaches to driver training.
- Exceptional time management and organising skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
