This is a great opportunity to join a well established team of professionals based in the CBD. You will be familiar with all aspects of running conveyancing files, predominantly in purchase and sales of residential property (some commercial), also includes subdivision and off the plan matters, in an autonomous manner with minimum supervision. Knowledge of leases, sales and purchases of business would also be considered highly advantageous.
Your responsibilities will include drafting all necessary documentation, liaising with all parties from initial instruction through to settlement and providing advice on mortgage and loan agreements.
Previous experience in a similar role is essential and able to speak Mandarin and or Cantonese preferred.
