We are seeking an experienced and highly efficient individual to take on a combined Office Administrator /Personal Assistant role. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for assisting our Regional Manager and our professional team in Sydney Office.

Your responsibilities will include (but not limited to)
- Diary & email management
- Coordination of travel & accommodation
- Filing, archiving and scanning
- Processing invoices (data entry)
- Distribute meeting agendas and take minutes in meetings
- Word processing & document editing
- Provide Reception relief as required.
- Collecting & distributing mail
- Coordinate the collection of input from staff for the regional weekly Reports etc
- Managing office amenities and maintenance needs
- Carry on banking duties
To be considered for this position you will need to possess a minimum of the following skills and experience:
- Minimum 8 years experience Office Administration and 2 years PA experience
- Good Organization skills
- Strong attention to detail
- A high level of confidentiality
- A flexible and adaptive response to changing work priorities
- Intermediate to Advanced knowledge Microsoft Word and Excel
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Works well autonomously and has a team-orientated approach to their work
