We are seeking an experienced and highly efficient individual to take on a combined Office Administrator /Personal Assistant role. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for assisting our Regional Manager and our professional team in Sydney Office.

Your responsibilities will include (but not limited to)

  • Diary & email management
  • Coordination of travel & accommodation
  • Filing, archiving and scanning
  • Processing invoices (data entry)
  • Distribute meeting agendas and take minutes in meetings
  • Word processing & document editing
  • Provide Reception relief as required.
  • Collecting & distributing mail
  • Coordinate the collection of input from staff for the regional weekly Reports etc
  • Managing office amenities and maintenance needs
  • Carry on banking duties

To be considered for this position you will need to possess a minimum of the following skills and experience:

  • Minimum 8 years experience Office Administration and 2 years PA experience
  • Good Organization skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • A high level of confidentiality
  • A flexible and adaptive response to changing work priorities
  • Intermediate to Advanced knowledge Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Works well autonomously and has a team-orientated approach to their work
