Responsibilities:
Our Technical Services division is seeking an experienced Administration Officer to join our Thomastown team. Reporting to the Administration Manager, you will be the first point of contact for our internal and external customers. You will be responsible for assisting with general enquires and phone bookings, creating drivers run schedules, data entry, and other administrative duties associated with the smooth running of the business unit.

Experience / Qualifications Required:
The successful candidate will have previous Administration experience and will have a demonstrated commitment to customer service. You will also have intermediate computer skills with sound knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, the ability to meet deadlines and prioritise multiple tasks, professional telephone etiquette, and an ability to remain calm under pressure. JD Edwards experience will be highly regarded.
