Brookfield Johnson Controls combines Johnson Controls GWS's global operating model, industry expertise and technology expertise with Brookfield Multiplex Services’ regional infrastructure, local knowledge and established real estate, facilities and project management capabilities.
Our National Customer Service Centre, part of our Service Delivery team, is the first point of contact for our clients to report fault requests. A purely inbound service we provide facility maintenance solutions globally. You will be a team player with the ability to contribute to a fair and harmonious environment always operating in accordance with the Brookfield Johnson Controls values.
Reporting to the team leader, the primary responsibility of this role is to:
- Provide excellent customer service to clients resolving fault requests efficiently and cost effectively
- Ensuring that customer service requests are auctioned in the most cost effective means of repair
- Maintain good relationships with all contractors while demonstrating the highest degree of safety compliance at all times.
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Previous customer service experience
- Exemplary telephone manner with a high level of literacy
- Strong attention to detail
- The ability to multitask
- A background in office administration
- The ability to exhibit empathy when dealing with customers
Bring with you a Certificate II in Customer Contact or with substantial relevant experience in a customer service role. A Certificate IV is highly desirable but not essential.Experience working in the oil and gas industry is also preferred.
