We are currently looking to expand our dedicated and highly successful New Markets team and are seeking passionate and enthusiastic customer service professionals to assist with our growth.
Reporting to the Operations Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Managing customer expectations through the pre-construction phase of building their new home, including changes to plans, coordinating appointments, and managing contract signings;
- Presenting contracts, building and maintaining relationships with internal Metricon teams including Sales, Drafting and Construction;
- Managing accurate records of internal and external correspondence to enable accurate reporting; and.
- Maintaining a thorough knowledge of Metricon products, services and processes to deal confidently with customers.

- The successful candidate will have:
- Strong customer support experience within the Building and Construction industry;
- Fluency in written and spoken Mandarin;
- The ability to multi-task and set priorities;
- Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills; and
- Intermediate Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook computer skills and exposure working with database systems.
