Part of the Wesfarmers Chemicals, Energy & Fertiliser Division, Kleenheat Gas is a major distributor of liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) and a market leader in providing gas services to residential, commercial, industrial, rural and automotive markets in Australia. Through its EVOL brand, Kleenheat Gas is at the forefront of developing the domestic LNG market in Australia, marketing this exciting alternative fuel to heavy duty vehicle fleets, industrial users and remote power generators.
The Role
Based at our Kleenheat Gas House (Retail Store) in Joondalup, your focus will be on providing professional, accurate and timely service to customers. Work within a friendly team of three Customer Service Officers reporting to the Branch Manager.
Key responsibilities
- Counter and appliance sales
- Phone enquiries
- Maintaining an organised stockroom
- Gas Cylinder filling (training provided)
- Ordering
- Account queries and administration
- Organising and conducting deliveries
Role requirements
- Prioritise Safety for self and others in all practices
- Passionate approach to customer service
- Being a supportive and committed team member
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Computer literate
- Organisational skills
- Some heavy lifting required
- Drivers Licence
