We are looking for:
- A strong drive and commitment to the ongoing success of their sales team and the business they work for a business focus with a solid understanding of P&L reports.
- Ability to grow the business with various promotional activities, think outside the box!
- The competencies in performance management, coaching and mentoring
- Experience in managing a team of 4+ sales staff at any one time while implementing new training and development strategies
- A love and passion for the fitness industry and now wants to work for a business that promotes a fun, happy and successful lifestyle!
- A confident individual who seeks unobvious opportunies to ‘activate’ and promote the brand.
- A drive to meet personal and store budgets while maintaining the Lorna Jane mantra.
