COMCAR – the Commonwealth Government’s car-with-driver service is looking for a permanent Allocations officer. COMCAR is looking for an officer who can display excellent problem solving and decision making skills (often under time pressure), high levels of customer service, are flexible and available to work shift work on a permanent basis in a highly confidential environment.
- Strong planning and process management skills
- Analytical thinking and sound judgement
- Good communication & negotiation skills
- High level IT literacy, operational aptitude and attention to detail
- Ability to problem solve in a high pressure and real time environment
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality
Please Note: The Allocations Officer is required to work in an operational environment. The position involves shift work, including early morning, late evening, weekends and Public Holidays. The Allocations Officer will be entitled to a COMCAR Roster Allowance of $15,580 p.a.
