Be part of the City of Greater Dandenong Immunisation team
We are seeking a permanent part time (0.4 EFT) qualified nurse immuniser position.
There will be busy weeks during secondary school immunisation and infant sessions when greater hours are required to be worked and some weeks (over school holidays) when no hours are required, however the position is a 0.4 EFT average which will suit a candidate looking for great work/life balance.
Greater Dandenong is a diverse municipality and the immunisation team are trailing several new immunisation educational strategies in 2012/13 to maintain high immunisation coverage rates. There will be expectation of secondary school visits to speak briefly to students about immunisation and infectious diseases, also appointments at specific immunisation sessions to offer services to all of our community.
All current qualifications, Div 1 Accredited nurse immuniser, 3 -5 years experience, I.E.M.R and drivers licence are expected.
