Reporting to the ACT Branch Manager, the main responsibilities of this role will be to manage an existing customer base of building and construction firms, whilst being accomplished at sourcing, qualifying and securing a substantial number of new business opportunities.
More specifically you will:
- Understand the building industry and the forces driving change in energy efficient products.
- Promote the new Thermaline range of windows, the most energy efficient window on the Australian market.
- Be efficient at reading plans.
- Have technical knowledge surrounding windows and doors (Preferred)
- Have a demonstrated track record in meeting and exceeding performance targets
- Be able to write and manage territory activity plans
- Have a strong history in developing sustainable customer relationships
To be considered for this role you must be able to demonstrate the following:
- Show a passion for technical sales within the building and construction industry, preferably within the doors and windows environment
- Find negotiating exciting with a flair to identify new opportunities
- Be a self starter that is comfortable to work independently
- Possess strong presentation and communication skills
