You will support a Senior Accountant, working with them to provide financial support to the organisation. The purpose of your role is to prepare accurate and timely financial reports and statements, supervise and mentor members of the finance team, apply accounting principles and procedures to analyse financial information and ensure accounting control procedures.
Essential experience:
- Advanced MYOB with knowledge of MYOB payroll
- Knowledge of accounting practices and principles
- Knowledge of auditing practices and principles
- Knowledge of applicable laws, codes and regulations

Working a 38 hr week means you can get your work done whilst in the office, choosing your start time, and allowing time for you and/or your family. Being an accounting role, there are deadlines to meet and at peak times you may be required to work over and above but time in lieu is offered, if this is necessary.
Having an accounting qualification is a must, along with some commercial experience.
