ROLE
A challenging opportunity has become available for an experienced Motor Claims Advisor to join our commercial claims team. With responsibility for a portfolio of commercial motor claims and some heavy motor claims, you will manage each claim from lodgement to settlement, driving both cost and service efficiency. As part of the role you will also develop strong relationships with our broker network and clients and will be an active participant in continuous improvement initiatives.
REQUIREMENTS
As the successful candidate will have strong attention to detail as well as highly developed negotiation and communication skills. A strong attention to detail is required due to the size of the claims involved and complexities around business interruption.
Commercial motor claims experience would be considered a strong advantage .
