Job Description
Under the direct supervision of the Administration Officer:
- Provides general administration and clerical support to district staff and secretarial support for the District Manager.
- Provides front counter and telephone reception services for the district office.
- Assists the District administration team provide support to operational functions of the department, within the Frankland District of the Warren Region.
Selection Criteria
Applicants should address the following three criteria in a written application. These should be addressed in no more than a total of three pages.
Please note that all criteria as considered essential unless stated otherwise.
- Experience in dealing with internal and external enquiries with a customer service focus.
- Knowledge of office procedures and administration including demonstrated competency in the use of computer databases, spreadsheets and word processing software.
- Ability to undertake records management and general clerical duties, including the processing of financial documents.
