We currently have a position available for an administration focused individual with the desire to build a career in the Life Insurance and Investment industry. The Client Maintenance Administrator is responsible for the efficient, cost effective processing of maintenance requests received on existing in-force business.
Responsibilities of this role include;
- Indexing of newly received maintenance requests on to the workflow system
- Importing documents received as faxes & emails on to workflow system
- Processing general and specialised maintenance requests received from clients/advisers
- Complete processing within agreed service standards, quality target's, procedural guidelines & compliance requirements
- Managing written & telephone enquiries & requests from adviser & other departments for information on outstanding requirements
Requirements of this role include;
- PC literacy and keyboard skills
- Good communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated attention to quality, accuracy, analysis and problems solving ability
