As the Human Resources Advisor, you will be responsible for providing competent and reliable Human Resources advice and operational support to CBCHS line managers. You will bring your experience and knowledge in Human Resources Management and also your expertise in policies and procedures.
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Relevant and/or tertiary qualifications in Human Resources
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Demonstrated experience or knowledge of award / EBA interpretations (preferably Health)
- Demonstrated ability to multi task and manage a work load with competing priorities
- Strong and well developed skills using Microsoft Office suite of applications including Word, Excel, and outlook
- Broad understanding of contemporary HR policies and practices
- Experience in maintaining data and records using HRIS or other software applications
- Demonstrated ability to have an organised approach to work
