The ideal candidate will have customer service experience in a retail environment and will enjoy delighting our clients with your outgoing personality and Can Do attitude.
Duties include:
- Handling enquiries by telephone, email and in store.
- Assisting clients with product selection.
- Providing clients and prospects with quotations/estimates.
- Pre-press and Graphic Design
- Operation of Digital Print Equipment.
- Finishing such as trimming & binding.
- Invoicing, arranging couriers and general office duties.
Essential:
- Excellent verbal & written English Communication Skills
- Formal Graphic Design Qualifications
- Great Computer Skills - MS Office PC/Mac
- Keen & Fast Learner

Ideally suited to a highly skilled recent design graduate, the main focus of your role will always be delighting and impressing our customers in everything that you do for them!
This is a full time permanent position with opportunities for advancement for the right person. Bonus system after qualifying period.
