An opportunity has arisen for a Finance Manager to join the Lend Lease Management Services team. Reporting to the Financial Controller, you will be responsible for producing the statutory accounts in accordance with AIFRS, completing the annual tax return, FBT return and monthly BAS etc. You will also participate in preparing the annual budgets and regular forecast reviews to ensure budgets are met. This role will see you liaise with a range of internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely reporting and budget management. In addition you will be:
- The key contact for inter-company confirmation process at half and full year-end.
- Responsible for accrual preparation and posting at half and full year-end
- Responsible for the LLMS cash flow (forecast and Statutory Accounts).
- Responsible for the audit file and the liaison with the external auditors.
- Responsible for the fixed asset register
- Able to manage ad-hoc queries.
- Required to attend the LLMS Board meetings to present the accounts and respond to queries.
To be successful in this role, you will be CA or CPA qualified and demonstrated experience in statutory accounting. You will need a solid understanding of tax and be good at building relationships. Ideally you will have had exposure to Oracle and possess advanced excel skills. You will be detail oriented, have a proactive approach and able to work autonomously to get the job done.
