Joining our close knit Credit Card claims team based in Sydney, you will be providing administrative support to the team, whilst learning the process of insurance claims. Your responsibilities will include:

Someone who has a strong customer focus and excellent communication skills will be suited to this role. Fast and accurate keyboard skills are essential. - Answering incoming customer enquiries
- Collecting and distributing incoming mail
- File management and archiving
