The role of the Servicing Planner is to assist with the delivery of ongoing service and professional, compliant and quality financial advice to the clients of your assigned Senior Financial Planner.

As a Servicing Planner, you will be required to assess client needs and provide appropriate advice, identify new business opportunities where customer needs have changed and refer to the Financial Planner as well as answering general customer queries.
Our Planners have access to a wide variety of resources to help them achieve their targets and goals as well as an excellent support network to help with everything from administration to legal and technical issues.
To be successful in this role you will require:
- RG146 compliant in the following generic and specialist areas: Generic knowledge; Managed investments; Life insurance; Superannuation; Financial planning, Securities and Skills
- Ability to be licensed to operate as an authorised representative of Commonwealth Financial Planning
- Previous experience in either a customer relations/business development/financial services support position
- Exposure to the financial planning environment
- Experience in evaluating ideas and strategies and demonstrating sound judgement based on data and logic
- Previous experience in paraplanning/financial planning support would be highly regarded.
