The main duties for this role include, but will not be limited to:
- Liaising with customers on a daily basis in relation to their accounts and maintaining record of contracts
- Review collection activities and status of outstandings with Customer Service Manager on a weekly basis
- Handle arrangements/activities of collection agents on delinquent accounts
- Prepare documents for bad debt write offs and lodge claims/proof of debts against liquidators/receivers
The key skills required for this role include:
- Previous experience within a similar role
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- The capacity to achieve results with minimum supervision
- Ability to cope within a busy office environment
- A passion for success and a ˜can do' attitude
